Get Message - "Windows cannot configure this

Odds are you have some other software that is over ridding the Windows wireless configuration utility. Look in the bottom right hand corner of your screen near the clock and check each program listed there to see if there is another wireless configuration program running.

Small black rectangle in upper left corner of toshiba 52hm85 dlp

Sounds like it is closed captioning coming up. I would go in and verify both your TV's and the Cable/Satellites closed captioning is off.

My 32 lcd tv a black rectangle apears on aprox,

If it is a large black rectangle that blots out the middle of the screen then you need to check your CC (closed caption) setting. Make sure the closed caption is turned off. I'm not up to date on the newer sets, but a lot of the older ones had more than one CC setting. One setting ran the captioning across the bottom, another put it in a big black box in the center of the screen. Most places didn't support the full text so all that showed was a big black rectangle on the screen. Since I'm not sure exactly what your rectangle looks like, this is my best estimate of your problem. Hope this helps.

Somehow my unit's language changed from english to russian. I can't figure out how to fix itbecause I can't read any of the screans

That's funny!!
To be able to select the language of your choice, please follow these steps:
  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Place your fingertip or the eraser end of a pencil in the bottom right corner of the touchscreen.
  3. Apply pressure in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  4. While pressing down on the screen, power on the unit and continue pressing on the screen. A large grey box with two small grey boxes with writing in them will appear.
  5. Touch the small grey box on the right.
  6. Your unit will restart automatically.
  7. Follow the onscreen instructions to set up your nuvi.
Did this help? Good luck.
