Enter the following password: 21086888.

8 channel dvr8024 default was left blank.
If password was assigned, you could try the following:

Remove all the cover screws from unit, open cover, remove battery.
With battery removed - turn on power for approx 10 seconds.
Turn off power, Replace battery. Restart unit
When it turns on, it should be at initialization ( begin setup ).

there is a button at the side of the LAN Port. while the Camera is on, press the button. it will reset the camera to Factory default.

the default:

- Username: admin
- Password: 12345

to reset:
- find reset button on the camera. press it while the camera is on.
it will restart and then back to the factory default.

You just do this to unlock your Panasonic TV, and after unlocking it reset the password.

Panasonic sets need to be reset to clear the v-chip settings. To do this, put it in standby mode, then press the POWER and ACTION buttons at the same time and then turn the power off. The set should reset to the factory defaults, and reset the v-chip.
