Long time to ON, LED stand by blinking red and green, how to solved this problem? Thank You.
These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power led, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. Viewing it in "Mosaic" will make surf easy.

Problem with
the audio (AUDIO), unit goes to standby and blinks the self-diagnosis
code. Check IC406 audio amp, PS401, and 402. On some projection
models of Sony TV sets, this code means that T8005 (flyback
transformer), or the
associative components in the high voltage circuits are defective on
the D board.

2 blinks means - over current protection (OCP) , unit goes to the standby
mode then displays the 2 blink fault. Could be a short in the power supply of
any of the circuits.

How many times do this standby LED blinks at one time switch on? These blinks are fault indications. From the number of these blinks, you can get an idea about the faulty section circuit inside. Count it. If you wish to get more details, check this site. Pull up older posts there. Check this site with patience, as it has over 2200 posts now. All are related to electronic equipment repair help. Blinking codes to Sony CRT based TVs and all other models are given in detail. Check it and confirm.
