If the current firmware in your blu-ray player supports multi region then try this.

1. Power on the blu-ray player.
2. Press "Setup" on the remote to enter Setup Menu.
3. Using the remote, enter "8520". A new submenu will appear.
4. Set DVD region code to "0" for DVD Multi Region.
5. Set BD region code as required using the remote buttons.
"1" = Region A, "2" = Region B, "4" = Region C
6. Press "Setup" button to exit the menu.

If this does not work then try upgrading the bluray firmware.
Search for Toshiba BDX2150 firmware and see if there is a newer firmware than the one you have installed.

You maybe able to get a region free code for your player from one of theses WEB sites.

it could be any region. there is a sticker on the back with a region code next to a globe symbol.

You can only change the region code 4 times and then it locks onto that region. There are firmware upgrades for various model DVDs on the Internet that makes the DVD drive region free, but if you make a mistake in upgrading the firmware or installing the wrong firmware version then the DVD drive is turned into a piece of junk.
The best way to solve your problem is to install software that defeats the region code so you can play DVDs from any region.
I use a region free program fronm DVD Idle, it is not very expensive and there are other similar programs on the Internet. Use Google to search for them.

yea its possible but this may reouire you to use some dvd unlock firm ware you can check the link for some of the firmware http://www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk/info/multiregion/
