Plug the USB cable into the iPod, and plug the other end into the computer. Open iTunes and it should detect the iPod Touch. Restore it and you should be golden!

What you need to do is hold down the home button and power button. Let it turn off completely. plug it into the computer, when it recognizes it go to itunes and restore the ipod. If you cant even do that. REINSTALL the ipod software and itunes. Then plug it in again and if it recognizes it THEN restore it. Its a must to restore it once that happens.

SOURCE: my ipod touch says IPOD Disabled connect to

I would preform a restore via iTunes. That should reset everything. Then resync to get your music back onto your iPod.

MY IPOD IS DISABLED BECAUSE I FORGOT THE PASSWORD AND IT SAYS IPOD DISABLED CONNECT TO ITUNES WHEN I CONECT TO ITUNES IT SAYS ENTER PASSWORD HOW CAN I ENTER THE PASSWORD IF I FORGOT IT!!! I NEED HELP:(

Step 1: Turn on your computer, and connect your iPod to your computer with the USB cable that came with your iPod.

Step 2: Open up iTunes on your computer.

Step 3: In iTunes, go to the left side of your screen and scroll down, when you see your iPod, select it.

Step 4: You should now see on the right side of your screen some general iPod information. Scroll down to until you see a "Restore" button. This will erase everything that was on the iPod, and sync whatever is in your iTunes library. It is the only known way.

Ipod touch is locked forgot password cant unlock

plug it into your computer and through itunes on your original computer you will be able to reset it. If it is not the original computer that you are using you will be able to reset it but will probably lose the information on it.

Forgot my ipod touch password and now its disabled

Connect to iTunes, go to the settings menu of your iPod (click on the picture of your ipod on the bar on the side.) Then click "restore my ipod's settings," or something similar to that. You will have to re-sync your ipod, but your password will be removed. hope it helps

Ipod touch disabled

Try turning off your ipod, holding the home button, and plugging it in, while still holding the home button, until a picture of the ipod cable appears pointing to the itunes symbol. this will reset you ipod, and you don't need the passcode to make it usable again.
