Hello i hope you mean boot mgr is missing.
This means your windows is damaged, by a virus/malware or a faulty harddrive.
The solution is to install windows again, or make a system repair with the original windows disk.
Here is how to make a system repair:
http://www.ehow.com/how_6970596_fix-windows-xp-boot-manager.htmlA second option, is to download this program:
http://www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd And burn the ISO file to a disk, and let the pc boot from it.
This cd has a option to repair a damaged boot file.
With this tool, you can save most of the files on the harddrive.
Here is a smart program, that burns ISO files:

http://support.asus.com/Download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=P5QL%20PRO&p=1&s=22Please select your windows system.
Open the driver folder, and click global for download.
Any files from here, needs to be unziped, before you install the driver.
