Type *#7780# on your standby screen.
This will reset all your setting to default factory settings. User data wont beaffected. (Default Lock code is 12345)

2) Soft reset-
Type *#7370#
This will reset the phone as well delete user data. Use when want to format thephone.

what is the model #?
Most netgear routers default to a username of "admin" and password is either " admin ", "password" or it is just blank. Those are the defaults unless someone changed it.
If you cant get in you can hold down the reset button on the back for 30 seconds (while it is plugged into power) and that will set it back to factory default settings then one of the above should work.

You will need to reset the router or change the password in the router 1. To change the password, goto Internet Explorer 2. In the address bar type 192.168.1.1 3. Press enter key 4. YOu should see a box with username and password fields. 5. username is admin 6.password is password 7. These are not the wireless passwords but the access password to get in the router. 8. Once in the router interface on Internet Explorer; goto the wireless sections and change the password there.
To reset the router WARNING: This will reset all the settings to what it was like when it came fresh out of the box. You may need to know some other settings. Restoring the Default Password and Configuration Settings You can restore the factory default configuration settings that reset the router's user name to admin, the password to password, and the IP address to 192.168.1.1. To restore the factory default configuration settings: 1. Use a sharp object such as a pen or a paper clip to press and hold the restore factory settings button, located on the rear panel of the router, for about 5 seconds, until the Power light begins to blink (see "Back Panel" on page 5). 2. you would need to reset to factory default setting for the exact problem you are having -- forgetting the password. so your question is "YES".

The Restore Default Settings feature will erase any previously saved settings and restore all of the settings to the default.

1. From the XMB™ home menu, go to (Settings) > (System Settings) > [Restore Default Settings].
   
   
2. The message "Do you want to restore the default settings?" should appear. Select "Yes" and press the button.

Easy, reset the router itself, should have a tiny pin hole in the back that has a button that you must compress, just google reseting your model.

Restore Factory Default Settings When you restore factory default settings to the base station, you clear your Internet connection settings and any special base station configurations that you have established. After the restore is complete, you will need to reconfigure your base station settings or restore these settings from a backup file. You should restore the original factory default settings only under the following circumstances: O You are experiencing serious problems with your base station, and resetting the base station does not fix the problem. O You cannot remember your base station password. In this situation, you must restore the factory default settings by using the Restore button on the base station, and then use the default password admin to log on to the Base Station Management Tool. To restore factory default settings 1. Open the Base Station Management Tool, and then click Management. 2. On the Management menu, click Back Up and Restore Settings. 3.
