The Reebok website is horrible for supplying support material. If you don't have the instruction book that came with the hoop, you can most likely get it online from Lifetime. I'm told the Reebok product is made by Lifetime. Look on their site for the 71525 model and see if it matches what you have with your set. If it does, that book is available op their site.
If Lifetime and google are no help, ask them. They already found some hard to find Reebok manuals.
