After a few minutes of being on my tv freezes

before doing any thing check signal level,if it is low this can cause picture to pixlate or freese to test use a dvd player as a signal source ,if it plays fine its low signal level to tuner good luck, butler

Look for any jammed buttons on the remote. Try changing the input device to something you are sure, works such as a DVD player. Switch off TV manually, switch off power, remove plug and retry after 48 hours.

If problem persists, please refer it to a qualified service technician.

IF YOUR IMAGE IS ALL WHITE YOUR LOGIC BOARD IS DEFECT BUT IM SAD TO SAY DO NOT REPLACE THE LOGIC IT WILL ONLY TEMPORARLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM THE PANEL IS OVERLOADING THE LOGIC BOARD PANEL IS BAD

I would suspect this has issues with the power supply, I would put it down to faulty capacitors, take the back off and look on the power supply for domed shaped capacitors, they may also leak a brown liquid like substance.
Replace these and all should be ok if it is capacitor related.

I once had this problem.I unplugged it for a few minutes then plugged it in it worked , but then i took it to repair it and everything was fine

This is very common in Samsung DLPs. The DMD board is going bad. You will need to replace it.

DMD bad, not cheap to fix and part is hard to find. Expect to pay $600
