I had the same problem and tried everything you did: rewinding the bobbin, checking to be sure I had the bobbin in correctly, checking the upper threading, readjusting the tension. When nothing I tried helped, I bit the bullet and took it to the shop where I had bought it. The timing was off; there were burrs on the bobbin case; the hook was not performing correctly;there were threads caught between the tension disks. It cost about $65 but when I brought it home, it purred like a kitten! I suggest you take it in for a check up! Especially if you've tried all the usual tests and none of them worked.
I'm sorry I couldn't give you a do-it-yourself answer but sometimes they've just gone beyond what we can do for them.
SOURCE: Bobbin won't move
try changing the needle
rethread the machine top & bobbin
make sure the bobbin is wound correctly & inserted correctly
into the bobbin case
if these suggestions don't help then you might think about having
the machine checked at a sewing machine shop
SOURCE: bobbin case won't stay in correct position
you need to have the machine checked to see if the hook & hook race
may need to be replaced & the machine may need also to be timed
a repair shop can tell you for sure
SOURCE: won't pick up the bobbin thread
try changing the needle
try rethreading the machine top and bobbin
make sure the bobbin is inserted and turned the right way in the
bobbin case.
it's also possible that the sewing machine could be out of time and
needs to be checked.
