There are no instruction manuals on how to get to belts- it is an experience thing that comes from working on the bench as you repair these decks. In 42 years I have never seen a step by step instruction on how to replace belts.

There's an easy way and a hard way to do it, and both require you to know the Installer password to the sytem. In the Maintenance Console, you need 2.2 BGM and Hold Music, or from the main phone, programs 710-712. 710 is the source for BGM which you change to EXTERNAL, 711 is the source for MOH which becomes BGM 1 (the only port on a 50) and 712 is the source for transfer calls (either ringback or MOH.)
If you don't have the magic password and instructions for getting into the system, you'll need to call your Pana installer for access.
Hello, shut down the power completely While powering on press and hold the green button start for 30 to 40 seconds It will print a self test page after clearing the memory. cheers uttam
The 710 is a very old printer. A new printer of similar quality can be bought for less than the price of the ink cartridges in the 710. The belt is a difficult item to replace even for a tech, if you can even find one. I'd recommend shopping for a new printer, you'll be much happier with a more up to date one anyway. I'm an HP fan so will recommend sticking with HP. Good luck and Thanks for stoppin by!
