s mosaad, if you prove pc is ok, then you should first watch some of the longer and more useful video clips at YOUTUBE!!! Your search is "lcd monitor disassembly" and "lcd monitor repair" .. How old is unit? Did you learn to do "flashlight test" to possibly evaluate unit's "switch-mode-power-supply" status?? Do you know how to use soldering iron? Are you certain the pc or software is not causing the problem?? 12fixlouie

Don't use any sharp edged cutting tools like kitchen knives or you will incur additional monitor repair costs that will be paid to local hospital "ER" !!! georgiaheasm, I you prove pc not problem, then you or qualified electronics technician will need to troubleshoot units internat power supply for common problems associated with LCD plasma and CCFL back-lit monitors. Look for some DIY videos on YOUTUBE that deal with lcd repair, plasma lcd repair, lcd monitor disassembly, lcd tv disassembly. Look at them even though you will not DIY repair your unit. Hi...there,
There are 2 ways to opened it... 1: from the back, removed 4 screws and get a good grip on both open edges and pulled. Need to give it some force to it. 2: The other, it from the front bezel. First laid it face up and placed a piece of cloth or micro-fiber cloth over the screen to prevent smudges or damaged from the 4 knuckles . Then use both 8 fingers to grasp onto to edges of a bezel and lift it up with some force to it. Do the same on other side Good luck!
