I have a DVI/HDMI adapter that is allowing me to use the DVI Output from my PC to connect to HMDI-1 to the TV. Video works fine. I am taking output from sound card in PC using RCA cable to connect to Input 10 (DVI-PC Audio) on TV. When I have HDMI Cable plugged into TV, there is no sound, the moment I unplug HDMI cable there is sound from PC. If I plug HDMI into HDMI-2 withOUT deleting HDMI-1 setup, so there is two active HDMI "inputs" (as in what you select what you want to watch, Cable, DVD, PC, etc), whichever one has the HDMI plugged in has no sound, sound comes through the other HDMI Input. Sound comes through both if there is no HDMI cable plugged in. What is going on here? Is there a setting I am missing. Please help!

John,
To answer your question no, there are no fuses associated with the tuner input - through the "F" connector jack.
You have there a V26 chassis which has, among other things, standard digital and analog signal inputs. If one works but not the other - and you've verified it's not the cable then the only alternative is the signal board, Mitsubishi p/n# 930b923002...
But don't rush out and buy this puppy, it's a fairly expensive board and there are alternatives to replacing it new or used - PTS Electronics can rebuild this board for half the cost of a new one and most techs use PTS for that reason.
My best advice is to have a qualified shop estimate the repair and if they decide that the signal board needs to be replaced and quotes you a price ask them then about having it rebuilt.
Also take the unit to them to save the pickup/delivery charges and ask for your estimate in writing...
Hope this helps!

SOURCE: Mitsubishi HDMI connection trouble
I have the same issue with my 73". Rather then going over all of my connections and equipment I'll just say htat I feel your frustration. I have been on the phone with Mitsubishi directly and it appears as though they have a free software upgrade that should address this problem. If you call 1-800-332-2119 and press 4 in the menu you will get someone to help you. Be patient. They will make you go through all of the fixes that you have already tried. They will mail you a flash drive that goes right into the front USB port of your TV. I hope this is of help. Good luck.

SOURCE: No Picture from Component Input #1 or #2 but do have audio via Surrond Sound
Simplest thing would be that your component cables are not HU'd correctly. Having them reversed would do this.
SOURCE: Screen flicker when selecting Blu-Ray player w/ HDMI-1 selected.
Something to remember is that most HDMI setups on TV's have what is called a DVI/HDMI port, I would suggest not using anything on that port that isnot converted from DVI to HDMI. I bet if you look, that HDMI 1 on yours....
