Ag neovo F-419 - LG L1915S 19" LCD Monitor

F-419 AGneovo monitor doesn't have this kind of plug.At least mine doesn't have one.I hope this helps.

You have dust on the micro switches on the front.You can resolve this by flicking the buttons on the front, or you could take it apart and clean the switches with a spray cleaner like wd40 through them making sure you mop up all the excess.

Unfortunately theres not much else you can do, unless one of the buttons is stuck and visibly pushed in further than the others, it looks as though the control chip for your monitor is malfunctioning.

Use these training manuals, to troubleshoot and sort your issue out.
Above is a user manual, and a service manual, in the service manual, are the troubleshooting steps to perform to isolate the problem, and hopefully repair.

Make sure the power connector is secure with your monitor and the adapter power light is on as green. If not working at all then just contact with AG Neovo as [email protected] for 3 yrs warranty repair. But you probably have to cover the one way shipping only.

nothing you can reset from monitor other than color brightness. You can contact with AG Neovo as [email protected] to have a RMA number and they will estimate you the repair fee if it is out of warranty.

Try other monitor(which is working fine) to your pc,if it work...it means your monitor gone bad.

If it doesn't work.. try to connect your neovo f-419 to the other pc to check if it is working.....,if it does,your pc's videochip/videocard or badmotherboard may cause the problem
