DTC P1610 Lost Communications with Body Multiple Control (BCM) System
Circuit Description
The PCM uses the serial data circuit to communicate with various other devices and systems in the vehicle. The PCM ensures that communication remains established by monitoring the serial data circuit for state of health messages from the other devices using the circuit. If the PCM detects a loss of the state of health serial data message from the Body Function Controller (BFC), DTC P1610 will be set.

Underneath the scale there should be a tiny hole marked R or RESET.

Straighten a paperclip and press it into this hole for five seconds and that should do the trick.

If not, try this again but with the batteries removed.

Replace the batteries and switch on.

The code is U1301 not 3101 ! This is a code for the class 2 serial data bus , the modules on this vehicle all communicate , share information on this data bus ! If you don't know anything about multiplexing or data bus communications you need to take this to a pro who does !
Modules connected to the class 2 serial data circuit monitor for serial data communications during normal vehicle operation. Operating information and commands are exchanged among the modules. In addition to this, Node Alive (State of Health) messages are transmitted by each module on the class 2 serial data circuit about once every two seconds. When the module detects no messages and a high voltage on the class 2 serial data circuit for approximately three seconds, U1301 is set and the setting of all other class 2 serial communication DTCs is inhibited.

1. login as an administrator
2. uninstall the software
The software is only for register the product with dell, no issue u can uninstall

I know what is this error. This is BATTery low. New battery last only 2 month, I've seen a problem with the kick feature to power-on the scale, those pressure buttons might get stuck and leak current and kill the battery.

please, initialize HP Health Check option and get error reference and make sure to clear that error or inform me

I bought a replacement data battery BN-VF-808U from Digicowfish through Amazon.com. (?made by PomerPower).
It fits nciely to my JVC Everio GZ-MG330 which uses a BN-VF808U data battery. However, JVC gives a screen message:Communicating Error.
Now I have solved my Communication Error by using a jumper cable provided with the replacement battery BN-VF808U to connect the attached replacement battery to the camcorder. There is a DC input socket on the camcorder. There is also a DC input socket on the replacement battery for direct connection.
