Samsung tab 10 downloads but it either shows a green screen or black

When I download a film it wont show it all I see either a green screen or a black screen. Plus if I keep my finger on the screen it wil show the film

Hi astone5638,

The first thing to try to correct this issue is to remove the battery and SIM (if you have on, varies by carrier) from the phone and wait 20 seconds, then, with the battery still out, plug it into your wall charger, then place the battery and SIM back in and turn the phone back on.
