SOURCE: I need the service manual of TV LOEWE CONCEPT L32.

Hi,

I can supply the service manual, but I'm only go to do so when I know that you have returned to FixYa for an answer. I regularly waste time posting all the information for people only to find they never return and I would need to upload this to a filesharing site for you to download. I trust you can understand my reasoning here.

Regards,

I have a 2009 Lg 37lh30 Tv and for the most part it works until recently. I am now getting a HDCP rejection when using an Apple tv or Roku and no screen when using my bluRay Player (which use to work

Some TV's & cables are not HDCP compliant . Sometimes you can replace the cable to fix the problem & other times you have to replace the tv because its not HDCP compliant . First check to see if your tv is HDCP compliant .

I get problem with my loewe television concept L26 that remains stand by even you switch it on using remote. at the power supply circuit only 5V can be seen at connectorW652 and connector W651 no vol

Just understand, that the 5V supply you measure comes from the power supply is used for standby and power On switching purpose. As far as this supply voltage is OK, the fault must be to its main board, because, from the main board comes the power up start voltage back to power board to initialize its whole working.
Check the main board. The power supply regulator board is now Ok; otherwise, you can't get this 5V supply line active. Contact any service technician.

Hello, I recently hooked my Xbox 360 up to my surround sound system using a digital optical cable ran from the xbox to the TV (optical cable from 360 to sound system) Sound and video works great for...

HDCP is the "handshake" protocol used by the Xbox to communicate via HDMI to your TV. The optical cable wouldn't have anything to do with this error. So far the only solution that's been found to this issue is to ensure that the HDMI cable is properly plugged in and power off/on both devices and see if the handshake is restored. If this doesn't work you may need a new HDMI cable.

Hdcp error mesage when connected to my freeview hd box.

What is a HDCP error? Here is a real life situation that happened that could happen to you. You just bought a Blu-ray Disc Player and connected it to your older HDTV with a HDMI cable. When you tried playing a Blu-ray disc a HDCP error was shown on the screen. The movie wouldn't play.
This is a known issue with HDCP, and it's one of the biggest hassles consumers will have to deal with when utilizing a HDMI cable on their HDTV. You will get a HDCP error if you try watching HDCP encoded content when using a HDMI cable.
The problem is that if HDCP exists anywhere in the video stream then all devices and cables accessing this content must be HDCP compliant. If one device or cable isn't HDCP compliant then you get a HDCP error.
The only solution is to either replace the HDMI cable with a non-digital cable or replace the HDCP-less device. This could mean buying a new HDTV. In fact, I worked with a reader last year troubleshooting a HDCP error on his TV. What happened is that he bought a Blu-ray Disc Player and connected everything properly only to get a HDCP error. After a few emails back and forth we discovered that his HDTV wasn't HDCP compatible, which is why he got the HDCP error.
The reader ended up buying a newer HDTV with HDCP, and his Blu-ray Disc Player worked perfectly with HDMI cables.

I was watching a movie on my telstra t-box and something popped up saying that my tv needs to support HDCP what do i do?

Hi I work at Telstra... the below might help you.
HDCP means High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection and is used to protect high value content like movies. Assuming you're using an HDMI cable to connect your T-Box to your TV, the problem could be that your TV is not recognising the HDCP protecting the Movie. This could relate to the age of the TV and the software on it being older as well.
There are two possible fixes for this. One is to simply change from using HDMI to component (red, green and blue) or composite (yellow) connections. Two; your TV might be 'upgradeable' so check the manufacturers website support section to see if you can download new software to upgrade it.

The HDMI cable was causing "Display connected non-HDCP compliant" error message to appear.
When I reconnected my DVD to TV using regular cable with 3 color connectors(i don't know what is the proper name for that cable) that error message no longer appears on my screen and I was able to watch my movie normally.
