I have the Kenneth Cole K3754 with a "Cracked Crystal". The manual indicated for watch repair and service to visit... www.genevawatchgroup.com/kennethcolereaction unfortunately the page cannot be found. Any ideas how where I can get my watch repaired??
I have a kennethcole multifunction model wrrist watch purchased from macy's in Long Island. It has stopped working suddenly today and it is only 1 1/2 years approximately since I bought. When I tried to pull the crown to set the time the crown head came off. The sales person when I took bak to store said they would have to ship watch back. I need this watch for business. Where can I get this special pin and get watch repaired>

I bought the kenneth cole automatic watch in December 2007 and the watch runs 20 minutes fast and one of the dial hands has come loose. Like you mentioned the 1-800 number is non existant and also the website. Can kennethcole please be a more responsible towards its customer base.

mcdevito75 here, Almost any jewelery, watch repair shop could help with a crystal and band adjustment. Look for the small watch repair shop in your area to save on cost.
I have no idea how the things work in India, but any Kenneth Cole dealer shop must be able to sort your problem ( at least it is worldwide experience ). So, visit your nearest Kenneth Cole store and ask for help. Do not forget to rate, please.
