this is a charge issue - a simple fix would be to remove the pcu and clean round its outside and then clean the contacts to it inside the machine - if this doesnt work the pcu needs stripping down
SC 390 on an Aficio 1018 will most likely be a bad TD (toner density) sensor, if you've already replaced the drum and developer. (One thing to check quickly though is to pull the PCU out and reinstall it, just to make sure that connection isn't the problem.)
You can either replace the TD sensor by itself, or replace the DV unit (which probably won't be much more expensive). But either way, you'll need to install new developer when you replace the parts.
For the Aficio 1018. SC-320 is laser failure - the polygon mirror motor inside the laser has failed and needs replacing. You will need to contact your nearest service agent for repair.
For your RICOH Aficio 1013F - SC-551 is overheat in standby mode as far as I can tell. The circuitry that controls the fuser section ie manages the heat has problem. Unless its right near a source of heat like a heater or has no circulation around you machine you will need contact a repair agent for this machine also.
