Maytag Plus side by side not cooling in refrigerator and not freezing in freezer (is somewhat cold but not freezing). I am not sure that I 'hear' the refrigerator as much as I used to. There is some frost on back of the freezer compartment. Frozen foods mostly seem to be staying frozen but will not freeze new things. Ice Cream smushy. Temp is high 40s in refrigerator and high 20s in freezer. I have everything set on high cold.

Its defrost problem, the freezer should cool,
then freeze, then defrost cycle should start. In your case freezer is cooling,
then freezing, but its not defrosting. That's why fridge section is not
cooling.-------
