Clothes don't dry or get warm

Ether a bad heating element,or an obstructed discharge vent. The bad element will prevent heat production, a blocked discharge will not allow humidity to escape, resulting in wet clothes. Hope this helps.

What is a dry suit and how is it different to a wet suit.

A dry suit is loose fitting apart from a sealed neck, wrists and ankles to stop the water getting in. Dry suits do not provide insulation and the clothes worn under the dry suit keep the people warm they are used more for deep sea diving. Wet suits no not keep a person dry but they are insulated to keep the person warm during water sports or scuba diving.

Your moisture sensing bars may have junk on them. The way your machine detects drynesss ir with we clothes.
As them wet clothes rub them bars they short out the board and that way it knows them clothes need a bit more time.
If thm bars get a bit of softener oem and glaze over the bars then wetness won;t be detected no more and the control won't know them thangs is wet or dry and most likely declare a No Joy.

Clothes get warm but stay wet and do not fully

You need to check the venting. Take the vent hose off the back of the dryer and try drying a load with it off and see if it will fully dry. If so, clean the vent hose.
