I need to turn off private browsing to get into my yahoo account. I have followed instructions--settings, safari-- dead end. Been told to press 'pages'bottom right hand corner, but this isn't there. HE

On an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, open Safari, then tap . Tap Private to turn private browsing off. While Private Browsing is on, Safari appears black or dark instead of white or gray. If you're using iOS 7 or earlier on an iPad, open Safari, tap to open a new tab, then tap Private
First try to login on webmail of Yahoo. Goto https://Yahoo.com in your browser and and click on the little enveloppe upper right. Try your login with password.
If it does not work there either: Reset your password. Goto https://login.yahoo.com And click on "I cannot access my account" Follow the instructions.
Try clearing your browsing history. Open up your Settings on your iPad, click Safari, then Clear History. This will wipe out your iPads previous knowledge of any sites you've visited.
To prevent them from listing moving forward, you can use private browsing. If you're using iOS 7, you can access it by opening Safari, hitting the + button near the bottom of the page, and hitting Private in the left hand corner. It'll ask you if you want to keep or close your currently open tabs after that.
When logging in, on that page is the button, forgot password or something like that. press that button and you will get an email, on the address you gave the site while setting up your account. Follow the instructions in the mail and everything will be ok in just a few minutes.
