My Tocco Ultra works by just going into Menu, Settings, Time and Date then scroll up until you get the Time window. Tap on the time window and the hour is highlighted for you to type in the hour, then when you've done that the minutes get highlighted so you can type them in. then you need to tap on Save at the bottom. Hope it works for you

Why dose recording in dvr goes on default date when light goes

Well, I'm trying to decipher this. Why does the recording in DVR revert to the default (date/time???) when the light goes off and comes back on.

I'm guessing you are trying to say time, not date, maybe day?

The DVR is trying to remember when a show comes on and record it, based on your settings. Usually shows come on at a specific time. DVRs usually update their scheduled recordings based on updated programming guide information. If you are constantly unplugging or causing your receiver to otherwise restart, most receivers will download an updated guide upon getting power back or restarting (DVRs themselves not having any idea how long they've been without power, download a new guide just in case after you unplugged them you moved to Arizona). During this time, the recording you set is showing the original time you set it up, because until the guide is downloaded, it has no idea that its wrong.

My best advice, even if I'm wrong about our language barrier here, stop unplugging your receiver. Leave it plugged in and powered at all times.

All times.

For ever.

When i want open a website then we get a problem below the addressbar "Certificate error" mostly Google\orkut\ & also mozila firefox. please give me solution for this problem..

Hey!

Try checking the Time and Date settings of the computer. Time and Date settings can greatly affect programs that access the internet. Try correcting the Time and Date settings. After correcting it, try browsing some websites where you get certificate errors.

After doing that, restart your computer. If the Time and Date is wrong again, it means that there is a problem with the CMOS battery(complimentary metal oxide semiconductor). This battery saves the basic settings of your computer which includes Time and Date settings, boot up device settings, etc. If that's out of charge, best option is to replace it. Here's an sample image of it. It's just like a watch battery but a bit bigger.

Hope this helps! :D

G3 time issue

6d7cb5a.png IF YOURE running tiger, go to the apple top left screen, drop down menu, choose SYSTEM PREFS....it should look like..... 27828b5.png 3rd item on 4th row......you can select it manually or let it set by netowrk if you have access to the internet at the time. Now if your date and time keep setting back when you restart your computer, you may need to zap the PRAM (****-ram). Also if your battery is not reliable or not keeping a proper charge, that will affect your machines time and date.....try checking your battery's cycle....... www.coconutbattery.com
