The manual contains a schematic which does not show a heat sensor. You need to narrow it down to a fuel or spark problem. The easiest to check is spark. If you do not have spark, it could be the plug, wire, oil level sensor, magneto, coil or TCI module. If you have spark, then it is likely a fuel problem. Open drain and see if fuel is getting to the bowl. If not, check tank, valve and lines. If yes, it must be the carburator. Good luck.

Furnace kicks on and heats up for 5 min. then will shut down - no flame - main blower will run for a few min and then the whole cycle will start again. flame sensor checked ok with meter at approx 5.0

What is your temperature rise during the 5 minutes it does run? Could be overheating and kicking out on limit switch. Watch the diagnostic light for a code. (3 blinks means this, 4 blinks means that etc.)

Goes into overload and shuts down

Not very much information in your problem troy but you might be drawing more amps than your producing. I had bought a nice little Craftsman electric tire pump but my Yamaha kept dying. After reading the labels, my 2400IS puts out 15 amps and my tire pump needed 18 amps, my friend now has a nice tire pump for his home use. I've seen post that RVers have to add the "booster" kit to start their air conditioners, extra power is needed to start them after that the 2400 can run them. Just a thought, try reading the metal tag on what your trying to run and see how many amps it needs. Anything over 15 will shut you down and some will need that extra "boost" to get them started. I seem to think I read somewhere that it is about $75.00 for the Yamaha booster kit.

Jandy LX250-L Burner shuts down and no errors

It is more likely the board on the LX.
If you have a volt meter check the IND connection on the Fenwal for 24volts while running and keep your meter on it until it shuts down. If the power is still present at the IND while shutting down then it would appear to be a Fenwal problem. It sounds like the temp circuit on the board or the temp sensor it self is bad. Try dipping the temp sensor in a glass of water with a confirmed temp to see if it is accurate.

Is there a heat sensor on my yamaha raider that shuts off the bike when overheated

My 2013 model has an engine auto stop system. If the bike idles for 20 minutes, it'll shut down. I'll get an error code of 70. Just restart and the code will clear. Your bike may be the same.

Have a 90 series kenmore dryer, won't always run. replaced the motor about 6 months ago, and now it will sometimes run, sometimes not. It gets hot, and will run for a bit then shut down, then start up...

If the timer is not advancing but is ticking that could be the problem. A dryer achieves a set temperature and stays there for a certain amount of time during a cycle. If the time never changes it may just keep heating up until the heat sensor shuts it down. If it is starting and shutting down its likely still related to the heat sensor.
