Video camera will not playback tape smoothly - jumps along

Please get into town, and buy the 8mm Camera cleaning tape from W.H. Smiths, Currys, Comet, Maplins, put that in your camera on record mode for 20 seconds and then remove it, and carry on filming, it is just dirty heads you have got, take care.

I'm having problems with video playback

Hi. Does it happen in all videos titles or just one film? If it only happen in only one video then the film or video is corrupted. If it happens in all videos when you play then try reinstalling the graphics driver. Hope it helps!

Whenever I'm filming with my olympus fe-170 camera, I don't get any sound on playback. What am I doing wrong?

Unfortunately nothing. The camera does not have the ability to play back any sound during movie recording as it does not have any way to capture audio. The camera was not designed with this type of functionality.
