This is a very nice commercial washer. I don't see anything in the manual (230S) that suggests it has a password. The last link is to the maker. Ask them direct.

What you probably have is a build-up of scrud in the machine as a result of an interaction between the fabric softener and the detergent. This flakes off and marks the clothing.
Buy a commercially available cleaner for your machine for this purpose of do one or two cycles using a bottle of white vinegar in the tub without detergent. Clean the machine out doing another cycle using baking soda directly in the drum. Repeat this process if there are still any indications of scrud.
Take care that you use the correct amount of detergent in your machine according to load and water level and do a cleaning run about every 25 wash cycles to clear away any excess detergent that was not caught by the rinse.

I would have a look at the machines and give them a spin by hand to see if there is any noise in the main bearings or if possible get the owner to run a load through the machines and listen to the noise they make they should not sqeal or make a grinding noise.Also check the boot seals for mold or for any tearing.
Why do you want to use a special detergent??? Tide works fine! You just need to use about 1/4-1/2 what is used in the American machines. Now if you really want some exceptional laundry detergent like we use in Europe, buy Persil (google it).
