These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power led, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. Viewing it in "Mosaic" will make surf easy.

Power indicator indicates fully charged. Speed control indicator led's flash continuously. chair runa at 1/4 speed. What needs to be done to get it to run properly and stop flashing.

You may need to take to a Pride dealer to plug the diagnostic unit in to check for faults. Have you got a power seat lift on the chair. When the seat is up (or not fully down) the drive speed is limited so you wont tip over. If the seat is down fully and still have problem, it could be the down micro switch needs adjusting or is faulty.

It wont turn on. power light blinks red twice

Hi Smith,

2 flashes of the LED light is an error code for "Low DC voltage". The output voltage of the power supply is not normal(dropped) and the caused of this fault is a leaky/dried filter electrolytic capacitor on that section.

Leaky electrolytic capacitor has a physical indication of fault like bulged/dome at the top and can be easily identify through visual inspection. See sample picture below.

jdvillanueva_129.jpg

If you're handy with electronics and know how to solder and desolder parts on the board, check the power supply for obvious leaky capacitor. If you've found them, replaced it with same capacitance and working voltage that is printed on its body itself. Watch the video below for more info regarding electrolytic capacitor.

Dried electrolytic capacitor has no physical indication of fault, you must have a capacitor checker/tester to determine its condition or you may replaced all electrolytic capacitor in the output of the power supply, it will not caused you much because this is one of the cheapest part on that board(cost only $4 at the most).

Hope I helped you.
Have a nice day!

I have a 50' plasma model 50mf231D it wont turn on just get a flashing red light on front of tv

That will be a fault with the power supply.
The power supply on these wait for an OK signal from the processor to continue. If there is a fault within the system, there is no OK flag and the power supply shuts down, leaving you with a flashing light.
Check for fuseable links that have failed.

Power box light is blinking orange and sometime a steady red and console want come on.

Green Indicator Light:

The default indicator light is green. When the Xbox 360 power supply light is green it means that there are no problems with your power supply. However, if you are having problems and the power supply light is green, this means that the console is faulty and you need to contact Xbox 360 support.

Orange or Yellow Indicator Light

When the Xbox 360 power supply light is orange or yellow this means there is no problem with your console but the power supply can't supply it with power.

To remedy this problem, first try unplugging the Xbox 360 power supply from the console and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. You'll also want to uplug the Xbox 360 power supply from the power cord.

Wait for about five minutes and then reconnect everything. You might also want to try plugging it into another wall outlet without an extension cord.

If you are still getting an orange or yellow indicator light, then something is at fault with the Xbox 360 power supply. If this is the case, contact the Xbox 360 customer support to get a new one.

Red Indicator Light:

If the xbox 360 power supply light is red, then there is something wrong with the power supply connection. If this is the case, try the same solution as listed above of unplugging the power supply from the console, unplugging the power cord from the wall outlet and unplugging the power supply from the power cord. Wait for about five minutes and then reconnect everything. You might also want to try plugging it into another wall outlet without an extension cord.

If the indicator lights are still red, then there is a fault with the power supply. If this is the case, contact customer support about getting a new one.

No Indicator Light:

If the XBox 360 power supply light is not illuminating at all, this usually means that the Xbox power supply is not connected to the wall outlet correctly. On the other hand, it might also be a fault with the power supply or the power cord.

Either way, try the same solution as listed above for the red indicator lights. If you still don't see any lights illuminated after unplugging and then reconnecting everything, you'll need to contact customer support about getting a new power supply.

Green and Orange Indicator Light:

If the indicator light is flashing green and orange, this may mean that the console does not detect the AV Pack.

Disconnect and then reconnect the Xbox AV Pack. Make sure the connections are firmly connected. Turn your Xbox back on.

If the indicator light is still flashing green and orange, try another AV pack if one is available.

If the indicator light is still flashing green and orange, you'll need to contact Miscrosoft Customer support.

Flashing Orange Indicator Light:

If your Xbox console's indicator light flashes orange, this means the internal components have overheated and the Xbox has automatically shut down to prevent damage.

Turn off the console and let it cool for at least 10 minutes.

To prevent the Xbox from overheating in the future, make sure that it's not placed in a closed cabinet or on carpet. It's best to get the Xbox elevated off the ground where the PSU can have maximum heat release.

You'll also want to make sure the Xbox is not located near a heat source like the back side of a television, computer, monitor, or other electrical device.

Start light flashing wont start cycle, what does it mean

count the number of flashes- this indicates fault ie will flash 4 times stop, flash 4 times stop. To clear fault, hold start button for 3 secs. Try running another fast cycle- if fault reoccurs count flashes: Number of flashes:1=NTC fault, 2=Flood switch activated, 3=Heating fault, 4=drain fault, 6=water inlet fault, 7=flow meter fault, 8=water level fault

Tv wont turn on

The green light flashing indicates an error code, plasma tv's cannot be repaired at home without the right equipment and service manual, the fault could be power supply, processor or virtually anything, what technicians look for is the frequency of the blinking and the time between sets of blinks, this normally gives the tech a code that enables them to go to the right area, the only thing anyone can tell you is that the processor is probably ok, you really need to get a quote or count the blinking and the timing eg: "blink blink short pause blink), and repost the fault, then we can possibly tell you where to look...Phil
