I cannot see how to remove the knob from the Maytag Timer's Shaft, Rev 22, No. 0433 4225 AMIC M620. Would greatly appreciate your help. Hugh Magarey in South Australia

replace water inlet solenoid first if this doesnt work replace timer

Before you try to take the panel apart to remove the timer you need to check that the electrical connections to the pump are o.k. and whether the pump is getting power when it's time to drain. If you have to replace the timer you need to take the back panel off first.

some models you remove center cap on knob and pull pin out others you need to remove screws in console and lean in forward to acess rear of timer push knob in pull small pin in back of timer and then pull knob off

sounds like you have a blown fuse. I dont have a schematic so I dont kno where you have to look to find it
