by removing the top u can get to the baffles which are screwed in on outside of tub

Usually not but if you get a thin blade screw driver, in the center of the baffle gently pry up the edge and wedge it under creating a gap to get the coins out. But be carefully because most of the times you can't get replacement baffles !!

its not easy,some time i have to change the basket,,any way try to break it to small part with a plier.

The front baffle/boot will likely need replaced. You can do this yourself but it takes some patience. You can order the part, list model #, at 888-321-3107. The procedure is as follows:'
1. Tilt washer, back against wall.
2. Remove wire spring with needle nose plyers. The spring is located at outside perimeter, under lip, of baffle.
3. Peel baffle from front panel.
4. Remove clamp from the outer tub lip. Look closely and you should find a large hose clamp. Use small socket wrench to loosen.
5. Install in reverse order. Be careful and take your time.

Just order a new one from an online parts store and put it in.  The new ones dont screw from behind.  They just snap in. By the way, the rest of the baffles will break as well. So you may as well by a couple.  But there not cheap-You can order them through Sears and pay 23.95 each.

the new baffles arefairly easy to install, they go over the hole and then pull foward to lock into place.. the new bsaffle should also come with a screw to "lock" it, in place. in order to securethis screw you need to remove the top cover of the unit,(3 screws across theback) after removing the top youll see a black hose going directly into thetop of the tub prbably an inch or so . gently pull that hose out from thetub. It simply locks itself inplace.. after removing you can spin the inner drum around till thenew baffle is directly under the "hole" where you can now see a small hole inth eunderside of baffle to secure.. just remember to resecure that hose or youll have a flood on your hands
