Hi Cyril,
In theory this charger is fully automatic and stops the charging process once it detects that the battery has been fully charged (it will not restart charging until the battery has been taken out + put back in).
Of course, as with any electrical item, it's probably safest to unplug it if you're not planning to use it for a long time (e.g. weeks.)
Hope this helps.

Black + Decker Roto-Bit Storage Screwdriver 4V BDCS50. OK to leave on charger?

With that being said, be advised that leaving the screwdriver on the charger after fully charged may overcharge it and also shorten its battery life. Therefore, it is recommended to unplug the unit from the charger after charging.

Should i leave my camera on the battery charger when i am not using it?

I recommend not leaving it on the charger, especially if unattended. Some chargers get pretty hot and in rare cases malfunction and catch fire. Better to be safe than sorry. I keep an extra battery charged in case I need it.

My battery is not charging. I bought a universal Digipower charger and its been almost 20 hours and my battery is not fully charged. What is the problem?

It could be the third party battery charger not working properly or the battery itself is dead. If this is the original battery you may need a new one.

    Hi Dear,

When you place the battery fro charging in the charger, then when the battery is fully charged. The green light indicator will switch off automatically. Usually it takes 170 mins to charge the battery fully.

My camera lens isn't working, how can I reset it?

it sounds like there is dirt, dust or something else in the lens mechanism. I'm assuming you don't want to take the camera to a repair shop. I've had several cameras and this issue comes up periodically.

    You can try:

    1. using compressed air (with as thin a nozzle as you can find) to blow out the dust,
    2. try powering on the camera and zooming the lens at the same time, 3. gently knocking the camera on a hard surface to loosen the lens mechanism,
    4. manually forcing the lens to go back in. This can potentially damage the camera, but it's not working now, so you don't have a lot to lose.
    5. Googling the camera model to see if you can find instructions on opening the camera up to clean the lens mechanism.
