Go to www.netflix.com and start a subscription.

go to netflix and amazon to register it,it is different from apple tv

You'll need a device that hosts the Netflix app. This might be a Smart Blu-ray player, or a media streaming box, or a Google Chromecast. I don't know about Charter Cable. Does their box have Apps. Is one of them Netflix?

As long as you have decent broadband speed, and an unlimited service, then running the Netflix app via a host device will work for you.

if you have an hdmi port in your tv and you pc and an hdmi cable you can connect that up. and view your pc screen on your tv.

did you sign up for netflix on a monthly basis, or was it just a trial. Maybe the fact you cant connect to netflix anymore is because your trial has ended and you will need to subscribe to it by paying a monthly fee
