You'll need to install the "Scanrouter lite" software which is becoming difficult to source, as it is no longer supported, and then the configuration is very difficult to impossible for someone not familiar with the configuration. Your only other option is to download the "network twain" driver from the Ricoh website. At this link: http://www.ricoh-usa.com/downloads/downloads.asp?tsn=Ricoh-USA&path=http://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_ut_e/rc2/model/x15_15f/x15_15fen.htm
....sorry,
in follow up to my first post. I have pointed you to the RICOH website, as your machine was built by Ricoh (they own Gestetner), in case you aren't aware, and it converts to a Ricoh Aficio 1515MF
M2Tech1.....you can't "scan to folder" on this machine without "scanrouter Lite", as I said, and you CERTAINLY can't program destinations from the control panel even with it. It needs to be done via the software.
And also, being an older machine, it won't scan to email on any account that uses Encryption -which is about 95% of services these days, and even if you could the setup is far more complex than you listed. such as inputting all the email account info (username/password,gateway, DNS, etc..etc.) ..please check your facts on this one.

To set theis up first you will have to install the scanner drivers.. then if you hve it already installed on your system the server/com[puter should see it there.. go into user tools on panel and you are looking for administrator tools go to Adress book management an set up new user with programme new. you can input the folder address in either folder or email address.make sure you scroll down to enable the ok buton or it wont be saved.when you press the scanner button on panel you should have a display with you folder shown under folder flag..on you server/computer you need to set up new foolder on desktop. if you go to run at start up type in you computer ip address the folder should be there. you can also check the addrss by right clicking the folder and go to properties
