My friend used my computer now i want to delte her as her face book comes up
Log out of her account by clicking the little gear icon in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out." You can then log in to your account.

Yup, that must be annoying but you have to understand that when someone accepts your request he or she can also remove his or her name in your friends list when he or she decided to remove you in his or her list thus stopping the connection between the two of you.

activity like sending emails in a large group of people, then, they
will disable your account immediately.

fill up the form and click the Submit button.

You can write to [email protected], express your interest on recovering your account. Explain to them why your account should not be disabled.
