No mention of a black? Hmmmm
Double check the wire schematic, there might be a boo boo in that area. - Good Luckand get it fixed before your radio goes poof.
The amplifier is in the passenger side rear quarter panel.

Push and hold the phone button until you get a display, now using the big round button in the middle turn to your right until you get to the Bluetooth set up it will say program or delete and you delete the the paired device, and that takes it back to the factory reset.
You need to buy a wiring harness compatible with your vehicle. The wiring harness will connect to your vehicle OEM plug and the other end you need to splice it with the wire that came along with your car stereo.
Try taking it to an authorized Chevy dealership so they can unlock it for you. It does this because virtually EVERYTHING goes into the radio harness. And to give us installers and consumers a headache.
