This is most likely your Apple ID asking you to verify your account.

When you create a new Apple ID or make certain changes to your account, Apple will require you to sign in by following the link in a verification email. This is to help protect your identity and keep your account secure. Some Apple services, such as FaceTime and GameCenter, require email validation. Frequently asked questions about Apple ID

My 6- digit verification code

Oh, when I first saw it, the "google account" part was missing, my bad. you probably have 2-step verification turned on. The code should go to your messaging app on your cell phone. Check your cell phone. 2-step "could" lock you out, if you loose access to your secondary device, whatever it is...be cautious using 2-step verification. It does provide added security, but you should have a backup way to get in to your account, be careful. If you don't have the cell phone that was used to set up the account, you can "try" to verify another way, there is usually a link that says something like "use another form of verification" ...but you must have 2 forms of verification. IF by some chance this is not your account, give it up, you can't get in, that's the point, to keep out predators. It's very efficient because you need the phone to get in to the account. So if you don't have the phone, it will ask you all the personal questions to prove who you are. It's rare that people who own an account, can't get in to their own account. If you don't have the information to get in to your own account, I don't know what to tell you. But try the "MORE OPTIONS" LINK ...look for it, it's there.

Please help me verify my Apple ID account

Your Apple ID is the key to many things you do with Apple. It's important that only you have the ability to access your account details, update your password, access the data you store and keep up to date with iCloud, or make iTunes and App Store purchases with your account. Two-step verification is a feature you can use to keep your Apple ID and personal information as secure as possible.
How do I set up two-step verification?
Go to My Apple ID.
Select Manage your Apple ID and sign in.
Select Password and Security.
Under Two-Step Verification, select Get Started and follow the onscreen instructions.

Good Day Ki!

You can try two procedures to help you reactivate your Yahoo Mail account.

1. Please go to
https://edit.yahoo.com/forgot?stage=fe100&src=ym&intl=us&done=http://mail.yahoo.com&partner=
Follow the on screen procedure, it will verify your identity, at the end you might get lucky again to reset the password.

2. Create a new Yahoo Mail account. Using your new mail account, write an email to [email protected]
Tell them the story about your problem and your interest to get your Yahoo Mail Account back.
They will response to your immediately and ask for some verification regarding the information you enter when you first created the account.

Or, you can contact their Account Security department for your account verification.
Account Verification department can be reached at:
866-850-4303
TTY 866-438-1601
The Account Verification team is available between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

Please be aware that you will be asked for all of your verification information before they can offer assistance.

How can i verify my account on twitter?

Twitter currently closed verification to the public. Twitter's public beta version of account verification is no longer available.

They have removed their public-facing verification request form. In the meantime, they're still verifying some trusted sources, such as their advertisers and partners. If you're one of their partners or advertisers, you need to follow up with your account manager for details.
