RCA 7 inch table says no command

My RCA jelly bean 7 inch table says no command and i cant reset it to factory settings, it wont do anything

You may have to reset it. let if charge for about 24hrs, 10hrs may work fine too and With the device turned off, press and hold the volume down button, and then briefly press the power button. - Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the volume down button. - Press volume down to select clear storage, and then press power. - Press volume up to start the factory reset.

My tablet is frozen at the jelly bean screen. I've tried holding the button. It turns off but when I turn it on it still freezes at same screen. Also tried the pin hole button. Same result. Now what

You can try a factory reset on the tablet. Hold the volume down button and press the power button. This should bring up a system menu that should have an option to perform a factory reset on the tablet.

Have you entered to Setting-Sound to check.
If so, and if that does not work, try with headphones.
If still does not work, try Setting-Reset to factory (you will losse everything so backup it)
If does not work... the unit is damaged

get it to power off total . hod the switch for 20 sec
power up .
if it wont power it up with a usb attached to computer that can trigger it to go into debug mode

Stays on jelly bean screen

with the tasblet turned off...hold the power button and the + sign button and it will go to reboot screen and it should already be highlighted on the selection you want to choose so to pick that one press the power button to select
