What kind of phone is it?In MHz that is.If it is not a 5.8 MHz or a DECT phone,it most likely isn't the right battery because they don't make replacements for very long.Also,do you still have the old battery?For example,the V and mAh need to exactly match up for best performance.For instance,3.6V,600mAh.If they do not match up exactly,your phone may not be getting enough power or even too much power.If either number is off even a little,you may not get anything such as you have now.Please let me know what the phone is.It sounds like it should be a 5.8 MHz.If you have any questions or need more help,just comment here and I will get an autolink to your post and reply ASAP.Good luck,Greg
