The engine control module is most likely in the limp in mode. This can be caused by a defective engine sensor or the module itself. I would have a diagnostic test done to pinpoint the cause.
The wiring diagrams are broken down into systems, for instance the AC system and the ABS system and so on. I might be able to find a systems diagram, but the whole car no, that would require you to buy a factory electrical manual.
