one simple way that may help you out , take out toner cartridge shake it to equalize toner powder , try it may work

Most often on the PC940 this means your toner cartridge is getting low on toner. To prove this is the cause, just remove the toner cartridge and while keeping it relatively level, shake it side to side a few times. This will re-distribute the remaining toner in the cartridge. Re-install and make a copy. The black streak/faded copy should be much better. If so then I would go ahead and get a new cartridge on the way.

Hello am called Martin you have to replace the drum of the printer if the machine does that again that's what i can tell you and you have to check on the type of the toner in the cartridge thx success

Did you replace the waste (used) toner cartridge or the empty toner cartridge? These copiers have 2 "cartridges" .... one is waste (used) toner, the other is "new" toner for copying / printing etc. Some newer copiers have All in One units....Drum, New Toner, Waste (used) Toner. If you replaced the Waste Toner container (or dumped it) that should reset the code or error message.

Make sure you remove the seal tape on the new cartridge thats why it making noise then install properly.

the heater unit is the problem.
yo can get a repair kit by search on the Internet or go to Toshiba web site.
the repair kit come with instruction, if you can handle the mechanic part of things. then you are all set.

try this open the copier and remove Toner Cartridges and shake side ways for 5 times and try to make copy,if faded gone its better to replace Toner Cartridges for better copy quality

How old is your Toshiba copier?

It maybe the waste toner container is full try emptying it
