Room fan operates continually

the capacitor is correct for the motor
all it does is supply an over voltage burst to start the motor turning, then to keep it running while the switch is on
if the capacitor was faulty in the original motor then the motor will burn out as that over voltage is not there but the current to run the motor is so the motor over heats and burns
as to the constant running it is important to check how you attached the wires to the new motor as you may have a power wire direct to the motor instead of through the switch control

My plumber says the pump should not run constantly, but should switch on and off. It come on for about 15secs and then off. I want it to run constant, will it create problems?

Assuming you do not build up really excessive pressures and the motor is not straining, running the motor constantly is better than having it cycle periodically. Every time a motor turns on a tremendous amount of juice goes into the motor windings until the motor speeds up and the back emf reduces the current. A constantly running motor will run cooler and last longer.

04 goodman furnace model GMS8 ciculator blower wont stay on gas fires and runs but high limit trip because of no air from blower any ideas bad motor or control module

You need to check the motor amp draw against the spec tag on the motor. If the motor has power to the motor wires it's either the motor or the run capacitor.

If lock motor runs:

1. Test continuity of wiring between EOC and lock switch on lock motor assy. Repair if needed.

2. Advance motor until cam depresses the plunger on lock motor switch. Test continuity of switch contacts. If

switch is open replace lock motor assy.

3. If motor runs and switch contacts and wiring harness test good, replace the EOC.

If lock motor does not run:

1. Test continuity of lock motor windings. Replace lock motor assembly if windings are open.

2. Test lock motor operation by using a test cord to apply voltage. If motor does not operate replace lock motor

assy.

3. If motor runs with test cord check continuity of wire harness to lock motor terminals. If harness is good replace

the EOC.

Door lock motor or latch

circuit failure

AS YOU SEE THE F93 CODE REFERES TO THE DOOR LATCH MOTOR

Necchi Model 535 FA - Replaced drive belt, after running machine for approximately 5 minutes, machine locks down with motor running, motor pully burns plastic belt into.

The motor is running. That is confirmed that motor is fine. But the wires from motor has to be checked.the motor connections are getting short and this is causing the plastic belt to burn.Check the motor as well as its connection.
thanks.

My blower motor will not start. it hums and gets very hot. i can spin the wheel with no resistance gmp075-4

Assuming you are spinning it when the motor is humming, if the motor runs after spinning it it could be the run capacitor (replace) or open/broken start winding in motor(need new motor). Humming should indicate the motor is getting proper voltage. If motor does not try to run by spinning then open run winding in motor (replace motor).
