I'm trying to get netflex on my other tv but when I get down to where it ask me to enter my code the computer won't except it and I've tried more than once. Can You Help???? Code PMPKA5

Does Netflix support captions on their content? Typically the device settings (the TV in this case) only displays captions if they are provided by the source (ie cable tv provider, a bluray disk, satellite content, etc). If Netflix does not stream their movies with captions in the content, then your tv (or device) will not be able to display it.
