My dynex tv doesnt get any red tones how do i correct

Try changing the input device to something you are sure, works such as a DVD player. Look for any loose contacts in RC jacks/sockets/Cable. Change settings and see whether it can set it right. If necessary, resort to factory default settings and see.

How can I reset my Philips 37 in flat screen TV back to the factory settings?

Hello,

You haven't mentioned the model no. of your TV. Nonetheless, the reset procedure for the model nos. 42PFL7409/98 / 42PFL7409S/98 goes like this:

1- Press Home,
2- Select [Setup] > [Installation] > [Factory
settings],
3- Press play to enter the [Factory settings]
menu
[Reset] is highlighted,
4- Press OK to reset to default settings.
5- Press Home to exit.
The reset procedure may differ for other model nos.

Furthermore, Press the "Menu" button to access the menu, and select "TV Settings" and then "Picture" to bring up the picture settings. Adjust the color, brightness, sharpness and other settings if the picture seems off. Select "Dynamic Contrast" to have the contrast adjust to screen changes and "Digital Noise Reduction" to cut down on outside interference and reduce noise in the signal. On the "Installation" menu, select "Reset AV Settings" to have the settings reset to their factory defaults.

I hope the above helps.

Good luck.

I have a Insignia 19in. We turn it on green light flashes then tv turns off. It comes back on stays on for a few then off again. Got picture sound and everything. It will not stay on or off just keeps...

Try power-cycling (turn it off and unplug for several minutes) and restoring the TV to factory defaults. Also, to ensure that the remote isn't causing the problem, remove its batteries and press all of the buttons before installing a fresh set. If these steps don't correct the problem, repairs may be required. Service can be obtained by carrying the unit in to the place of purchase.

Display not on

The EVOLT E-500 does not have a live view LCD screen so you can see the image you wish to take a picture of. You must use the viewfinder to take images with this camera and only use the LCD to review the images.

As far as to reset the camera back to factory defaults, you need to turn the camera dial to P go to the Menu and on the camera 1 tab right arrow over and then arrow down to custom reset setting and then hit the right arrow highlight reset and press ok it will show reset yes or no highlight yes and press ok this will reset the camera back to its factory settings

Blurry pictures

First try to put the camera dial on the P mode setting and then press ok - right arrow to Mode Menu - down arrow to setup tab - then right arrow to All Reset and then right arrow to make sure it is set to On. Then power the camera off and then back on. The camera should then be in factory defaulted settings. Try taking an image in P mode and seeing how it turns out. If it is still blurry you may want to call Olympus technical support to further troubleshoot your issue. Their telephone number is 888-553-4448 option 5 and then option 1.

Pictures only on sports mode

Try resetting to factory settings - here's how

  • Press the down button under the 'OK' until 'Clear Settings' is highlighted, then press the 'OK' button.

  • Scroll up to your choice and press 'OK' to reset your Canon 400D back to default factory settings.
Now try - it could have fixed it. If not, keep turning the dial back and forth, and see if it jogs the camera's operating system. Try switching on and off. You should know, by the way, that the on/off switch doesn't really switch the power off - it tells the internal computer chips that you want the camera to switch off, and then the program closes it down enough to not respond until you either switch it on again, or take the battery out and re-insert it, when it will indicate a red light on the back of the camera to show the battery has made connection, then you switch on again; good luck - if not, phone Canon in your area
