Check to see if you have power to the fill valve when the cold water should be going in;(reverse the connectors on the fill valve) i.e. hot now will not go in... replace the fill valve: (buy it at an appliance parts store) (inexpensive) it's an easy replacement job

F17 coming up on screen what is this fault

Malfunction of the water of the Gulf ( the Gulf of spent more time than envisaged by the program ) .

lol

so your water intake is too low a preasure

try too use low pressure valves for cold water
if you have low pressure
then use the hot water valve in the cold water
cold water valves are like 2-3 bar intake
hot water 1 bar or less

so work better for low pressures intakes

or there is a flow filter on the back of valves
you need to remove it with plyers and clean it

moreover check the valve opens

but this is what F17 means... no water in in the right time for it too be in {low pressure}

good luck

The cold water does not flow correctly, there are no kinks or blockages in the hose. I believe it is the cold water solenoid as the hot water works fine.

If you have any cold water at all the filter screen in the water valve is dirty.
Turn off the cold water.
Remove the hose from the cold water valve connection on the washer.
Use a bent paper clip to remove the filter screen from the valve.
Clean the screen and replace it in the valve.
Re-connect the water hose and turn the cold water supply on.
If the screen is already clean, replace the water valve on the washer.

Water inlet valve is broken. When the hot water is turn to fill it trickles in. Pressure from fill hose is there.

before you replace the valve you should remove the hot and cold water hoses and check and clean the screens on the inlet valves and if there are screens on the hoses check and clean those also. i suspect the screens are dirty and plugged. if they are not, then remove the water valve and replace it.

The screen on my coldwater feed keeps rusting up

No, don't poke it through. It will clog elsewhere. Clean the intake screen completely. Buy a $3.00 in hose screened washer. Put it in the hose end connected to your taps. The reason cold clogs and not hot is that the rust settles in the bottom of the hot water tank and doesn't get pushed thru the lines. The cold water is a direct feed. Clean the newly installed screen monthly as your supply taps are way more convenient than the connections to the water inlet vavle at the back of the machine.

When washing machine goes to rinse cycle, water barely comes in

I am going to guess you run a warm wash, and cold rinse. This sounds like the screen on the cold water inlet is clogged. Shut the water off and remove the hose at the back of the machine. Look in the water inlet and see if the screen is clogged. If so, carefully scrape it as clean as you can. Use a straw and blow into it to help clear it out. Replace the hose and try it. It does not need to be perfectly clean, but at least half way opened will suffice.

Washer Fills HOT WATER ONLY

If you checked the screens at the water inlet valve and they were not clogged, then you probably have a defective water inlet valve and will have to replace it. Hope this helped.

No hot water to wash

Check the particle filter screen in the hot water hose. It is located in either end of the hose, or sometimes just inside the inlet on the solenoid.
In my experience this has been the culprit over 60% of the time.
