My konica minolta bizhub c35 is recognizing a new black toner cartridge as empty. how do I fix this?
Gee many fixes. look for clear optical port and place a small piece of masking tape over it. tilt left and right to horizon slowly and install
Sir/mam replace the cart then might have gotten a bad one from the store

The drum and the black printer cartridge are two separate items. You will have to purchase a new drum for it. I just had to do the same thing and it ran me $150.00 at Staples.
