New Roomba 560 beep twice, ask to clean brushes, but no dirt

I have an Irobot Roomba 560 and is one week old. It work perfectly and suddenly it works for a minute or so and then stop, beep twice and give the "remove brushes and clean" command. I have cleaned the entire machine. I followed the instructions given by one of your experts, but with no luck. Please help because it's brand new!!!!

Your roomba is thinking that you need to clean the brushes. if too much load it put on your brush motor--the unit will think that something is wrapped around the brush and slowing down the motor. if you have cleaned your brush and are sure that is not the problem; you need to look for anything else that could be slowing down the brush/motor. If this is inconclusive you need to put your roomba into diagnostic mode by following the procedures in the link below http://swiftracer.com/index.php?myPage=RoombaDiagnosticMode.php

Roomba spins around in 1 place. it then stops and beeps 9 times. it seems perfectly clean sensors are cleaned etc.

Your bump sensors are malfunctioning. The best thing to do is order a repair kit.. I ordered mine from EESolutions.ca and it worked great.

Roomba appears to be working fine, goes over the whole house with no trouble, but then house is still dirty and no dirt is in his dirt bin.

if there is dust in the filter and none in dirt bin check to see if brushes are turning, you can do this by running the roomba with bin out, if not turning clean thoroughly, remove yellow tips on ends to check for trapped hair, replace brushes and turn them manually in one direction a few times and then run roomba again, you may need to do this a couple of times

Irobot stops after a few minutes and says plaes

soooo, what is not understood here ?
turn it over, open brushes cage, take each brush out and clean it.
In addition, also clean the sides from any dirt/hair that may stuck in its pivots.
good luck

No suction on Roomba 560

Larger debris is usually the responsibility of the brushes. Remove the bin and run the Roomba-- are the brushes actually turning? If not, call customer support for a new cleaning head module. If so, remove the grill from the back of the bin. Make sure that the little fan inside is clean, then reinstall the bin on the Roomba and run it. If that little fan doesn't spin, your Roomba has lost vacuum suction and you need a new bin.

Roomba keeps saying clean brushes yet are clean!

Make sure you take off the little cap at the end (the one that spins -- just grab it and pull it straight off) and clean under it too. The rest of the brush may look perfectly clean but what happens is that hair gets stuck under spinning cap and, like a slowly growing washer, it pushes the whole brush toward the gear box. When it gets pushed over enough, the large yellow ring starts to rub against the side of the brush deck making it harder for the motor to turn the brush and you get that "remove and clean brushes" message.

Roomba discovery

Cleaned the shaft that the spinning brushes are connected to. Used an eyeglass screwdriver to remove the brush.

Brushes not spinning....

My status light came on, the vac beeped twice and stopped. I noticed my brushes weren't spinning. I took an eyeglass screwdriver and took off the center screw that holds on the brushes. I cleaned the shaft that the brushes spin on. replaced brushes and it works great! I just did this now and it is still running. my status light problem is fixed my roomba is 4 years old and I am on my 2nd battery. Seems to have fixed the problem. FYI it was wrapped with hair, dirt and it was greasy.
