Error code SC 565 Ricoh MP 2550

Hello!
This code is related to a Fusing temperature error.
You probably need to take a look at the heating roller thermistor.
The best advise i can give you is to call a technician to see it (if you do not have technical knowledge)
If you want to reset the code try this:
Press yellow key
Press in the key pad 107
Press red key at least 5 sec.
Press "copy SP"
On the key pas press 5810 and #.
On the touch panel press "execute"
Exit all the way out.
Turn the machine off and on.

make sure there is no paper at the back of the tray.also make sure the tray lift motor is working.the last thing to check is that there is nothig broking of the back of your paper tray..

Try to reset the machine by turn it off and after 5 second turn it on again by the red switch-plug which is located on the left side in the middle.
If this do not help you will need to cal a technician because the machine have problem with the laser unit.

This code is related to a jam in Fusing Unit.
First of all you need to repare that jam problem. (Probably a stripper pawl out of the place) and after that you can disable that message by in SP mode. The main problem is the jams. After that reply to me and i help you disable the message
