Loading problem when i go to pull up my gmail account it will load about 3/4ths then it will stop and not move please need help. i get schooling emails in my gmail

It will be best to load the computer with Win-7; rather than loading Win XP; as update support to Win XP is not in air since 5 months. Microsoft have stopped the update.

Sounds like you need to change the font size in your web browser. Load up Gmail then try clicking Ctrl-Minus. By that I mean with your left hand touch the CTRL key and your right hand touch the minus sign on your keyboard. If using a laptop you may need to press down a third key as well called Fn.
This should reduce the size of the font. if that does not work, search the browsers pull down menus for the Zoom feature.
Please check the date and time of your computer (it is located on the right bottom of the screen). If it is incorrect, then please double click it to adjust the date and time). After that, please test to access your email again.
