the only lubrication that needs done is between the walking belt and the deck. if a roller is squeaking either front or rear you can try using wd40 on the bearings on either side
use a good silicon spray. it goes under the belt between the belt and walking deck. apply in a "s " pattern to cover entire area of walking belt.this keeps the friction down and squeaking noises
Sounds like the motor belt is slipping. Make sure the belt from the motor to front roller pulley is tight.Once you have that adjusted lube and adjust the walk belt. The squeaking is usually from the motor belt. Many treadmills(Proform, Nordictrack for example) use Silicone lube (lube n walk, or silicone With teflon from Lowes works good) Call the manufacturer to make sure it uses a silicone lube.
