BUT! I didn't discover that this unit is not actually made by Durabrand. It's made by GPX and I've included a link to the user manual for this product (It's the same model, but the GPX version is black and sports the GPX logo).
There's a reset button on the back. Press it w/ a ball point pen and your alarm should turn off and on normally.
