Error occurred in toshiba eco utility how do i fix

Open Toshiba Assist -->> Protection and Reparations -->> Device of diagnosis PC-- >> Device Driver -->> Graphics card and Computer and reactivated it.

1. It might be due to touch-pad drivers.
   
2. Use a system utility tool like Reginout to fix windows registry errors.
   
3. Reinstalll Touch pad drivers.
   
4. If the problem still occurs then Its due to charger. Change the charger that you are using. Use a charger whom Power(Watt) is less. Hope problem is solved.
   

It might be PSU issue. I would recommend to consult a hardware technician... Also use a system utility tool like Reginout to fix windows registry errors. Sometimes PC failure errors occurs due to errors in windows files.

go to toshiba website, enter your laptop model and search for drivers. make sure to download all the drivers compatible to your operating system version.

Under Programs in the My Toshiba folder there is a Toshiba Application Installer. Open(click) that and then re-install the HDD/SDD Alert Monitor. My Toshiba did the same thing and that's how I fixed it.
